Do you love live music, but want to be home in bed by 9pm? Do you want a band for your event but can’t afford a 10-piece band, but want it to sound like you paid for one?  Do you want the quality of a concert production, but done at a reasonable volume? 

Ladyocracy is designed specifically for you. 

We believe live music should be a fully engaging experience. That means it not only sounds amazing, but creates a string of memorable moments by combining incredible songs, dynamic arrangements, and dramatic elements. We carefully curate concert experiences for public and private events that leave a lasting impression.


Ladyocracy is an all-female band playing pop, rock, funk, and R&B creative covers and catchy originals. Together, the women of Ladyocracy create high-energy concert experiences with a dramatic flair that make boys wish they could play like a girl.

Mandy Misuna

Frontwoman, Lead Vocalist, Co-Creative Director

Ladyocracy’s frontwoman and lead vocalist, Mandy Misuna, has spent the last 10 years honing her craft in the Coastal Virginia music scene in various cover and tribute bands covering everything from Etta James to Beyonce to P!nk to Axl Rose. She is a lifelong musical theater actress and some of her favorite credits include Godspell, Guys & Dolls, and Noises Off!.

Tina Watson

Music Director, Multi-Instrumentalist, Vocalist, Co-Creative Director

Ladyocracy’s music director and songwriter, Tina Watson, is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and producer. She started performing in clubs when she was 13 and loved learning everything from classical guitar, to piano, to bass, cello, music production, mixing, and more. She has played in original bands, rock bands, and pop and R&B bands. Her versatility created opportunities for her to play lead guitar and record with artists from major record labels. With Ladyocracy, she is finally stepping out of her typical support role and sharing her original music as an artist.

Ladyocracy is dedicated to creating quality concert experiences for public and private events that entertain, inspire, and empower the audience. We want to collaborate with organizations and entrepreneurs who center women and minorities and create events specifically that appeal to folks who love live music but want to be home early. We want to inspire young girls and women and the people who love them to pursue their passions and to show people it’s never too late to go after what you want.
